Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Lester Avenue, between Keele Street and Richardson Avenue, despite poll results that did not satisfy the polling criteria for the installation of speed humps pursuant to the City's Traffic Calming Policy.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter sections of the roadway to install one speed hump on Lester Avenue, between Keele Street and Richardson Avenue generally as shown on Drawing EY18-064 dated June 2018.
