Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

The purpose of this report is to present the results of a study regarding the need for a Pedestrian Crossover (PXO) on Gunns Road, between Lavender Creek Trail and the driveway of the Stockyards Shopping Centre (north entrance). A staff assessment concludes that the PXO warrant requirements are not fully satisfied at this location.
