Community Council Decision
Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Rescinded the parking prohibition in effect, 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., from December 1 of one year to March 31 of the following year on both sides of Betty Nagle Street, between Isaac Devins Boulevard and the west end of Betty Nagle Street.
2. Authorized parking for a maximum period of 12 hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., on the north side of Betty Nagle Street from Mary Chapman Boulevard to Isaac Devins Boulevard.
3. Prohibited parking at all times on the south side of Betty Nagle Street from Mary Chapman Boulevard to Isaac Devins Boulevard.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
The purpose of this report is to recommend long-term overnight parking and short-term (three hour) daytime parking on the north side of Betty Nagle Street and to prohibit parking at all times on the south side of Betty Nagle Street.
