The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place:

1.  Received the report (January 28, 2020) from the Director, Employee and Labour Relations for information.

This report provides a summary and analysis of grievance and arbitration activity for the six (6) month period of July 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. The 2019 grievance activity is also compared to the six (6) month period from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. 

In the last six (6) months of 2019, the total number of grievances filed by all bargaining units on Exhibition Place grounds was twenty-four (24), compared to twenty three (23) for the same period in 2018. Of the grievances filed, three (3) have been referred to arbitration.
