Board Decision

The Board of Directors of TO Live:

1. Requested the TO Live Foundation to provide a loan to TO Live to deal with cash-flow issues due to COVID-19 and requested the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to report the response of the Foundation to the TO Live Audit Committee to make further recommendations to the Board prior to the loan being drawn.
