1. Authorized and directed TO Live Management to submit a grant application to the Canada Arts Presentation Fund, together with all necessary supporting documentation, provided that it meets the eligibility criteria of the grant application.

Summary

The purpose of this report is to seek authorization from the Board of Directors of TO Live to submit a grant application to the Department of Canadian Heritage – the Canada Arts Presentation Fund (under the Professional Arts Festivals and Performing Arts Series Presenters) in April 2020 to assist with the presentation of dance programs in the 2020-21 performance season.
