Directed that the information in the Confidential Attachment to the report (December 14, 2020) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live be made public, once the Board has adopted the recommendations, and after the affected employees have been notified of the Board's decision, and at the discretion of the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
