Summary

In accordance with Section 45(2) of the Procedures By-law of the Board of Directors, TO Live, this letter serves as notice that as your Chair I have requested that the Board consider technical amendments and stylistic changes to the Procedures By-law at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of TO Live so that the By-law can be re-enacted to reflect recent changes in legislation and organization structures.

The technical amendments to be considered are:

1. Updating the name of the Board from Civic Theatres Toronto to TO Live as adopted by City Council at its meeting on January 30 and 31, 2019 (Item EX1.9).

2. Updating titles of some City Officials to reflect changes made by City Council.

3. Updating the reasons for closing a meeting to the public in accordance with the City of Toronto Act, 2006.
