1. Authorized the bargaining mandate with IATSE Local 58 at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 1, 2020) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live, and as amended in closed session.

2. Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 1, 2020) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.

The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public session to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations.
