This letter is to advise the Board of a vacancy on the TO Live - Digital Transformation Committee.

Humza Teherany resigned from the Committee effective September 1, 2020.

The established composition of the Digital Transformation Committee is 9 members, drawn from a mix of TO Live Board members and the general public.

As a result of the resignation, the current committee membership is 4 Board members, 4 members from the general public and 1 vacancy.
