The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public session to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.
Summary
At its special meeting on August 5, 2020, the Board of Directors of TO Live received an update from the President and Chief Executive Officer, related to unexpected financial impacts on TO Live, as a result of COVID-19. I have a further confidential update to provide the Board related to this matter.
