1:21 p.m. - That the Board of Directors of TO Live recess its public session to meet in closed session to consider the item as it relates to positions, plans, procedures, criteria, or instructions to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the City or local board.
That the Chair call a special meeting of the Board to consider advice from the City Manager that was requested in Item CT12.1, and the City Manager provide information to, and attend the meeting.
