Ariba Doc. Number 2158966011 (RFQ 0505-19-0275) for the non-exclusive supply and delivery of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and AED Accessories to the City of Toronto's Toronto Paramedic Services Division from date of Award to April 30, 2021, with the option to renew the Contract for three (3) additional separate optional years at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).

Should the option(s) be exercised then the Chief of Toronto Paramedic Services will request the Chief Purchasing Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
