No. 2056216916 (Request For Quotation Number 6302-19-0229) for the non-exclusive supply and delivery of industrial supplies, equipment and services for various City of Toronto's Water Division, Toronto Paramedic Services, Toronto Fire Services, Fleet Services Division, Solid Waste Management Division, Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division, Corporate Real Estate Management Division  and Purchasing and Materials Management Division locations from the date of award to April 30, 2021, with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).

Should the option(s) be exercised, the Directors of various Divisions will request the Chief Purchasing Officer of Purchasing and Materials Management to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
