Description:

Professional Services for Watermain Rehabilitation and Cathodic Protection Program Management for Design, Construction and Post-Construction from the date of award for One year period providing Design Services in 2020 and Construction Services in 2021, with the option to renew the contract for two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods for both Design Services and Construction Services to be exercised at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval. 

Should the option year(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Purchasing Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
