For the complete upkeep and maintenance of the facility and all installed mechanical, electronic and electrical components, excluding the data servers at the City of Toronto owned and operated facility located at [address redacted] from December 1, 2020, to November 30, 2023, with the option to renew the Contract for two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).

Should the option terms be exercised the Executive Director, Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) will request the Chief Purchasing Officer of Purchasing and Materials Management Division (PMMD) to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
