This NRFP was issued for the City and Participating Agencies (Toronto Transit Commission, and Toronto Public Library) to award contracts to the highest top-three scoring proponents per category, for the City and for each Participating Agency for the provision of information Technology Professional Services of technology professionals on an as-needed, temporary basis.
