The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee received the item for information.

The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee, at its meeting on November 22, 2019, requested the City Clerk to consult with the Co-Chairs and the Manager, Indigenous Affairs Office, on additional Committee meetings in 2020, subject to City Council's decision on Item AA2.6, Frequency of Meetings and Quorum.

City Council, at its meeting on December 17 and 18, 2019, amended the Terms of Reference for the Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee. The Committee can now hold up to six meetings per year at the call of the Chair or Co-Chairs.

In consultation with the Co-Chairs, the Director, Indigenous Affairs Office, and the members, Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee, the following meetings have been scheduled for 2020:

-  Tuesday February 11
-  Monday April 20
-  Thursday June 18
-  Wednesday August 26
-  Tuesday October 13
-  Tuesday December 15
 

All meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m. and be held at Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, in Committee Room 1 which is located on the second floor.
