Summary

This report will present, for approval, the new Collaboration Agreement between the Toronto Zoo Board of Management and the Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy. The Agreement sets forth the terms upon which the Wildlife Conservancy and the Board of Management will work together to support the Toronto Zoo, particularly in the area of fundraising.
