Board Decision
The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:
1. Approved the direction outlined in the July 24, 2019 draft letter to the Minister of the Environment and Parks Canada from the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo, as described in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (July 25, 2019) from the Chief Executive Officer.
2. Directed that details of the proposal in Confidential Attachment 1 and confidential instructions be released at an appropriate time at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer.
