1. Approved the confidential proposal referred by the Chief Executive Officer in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 24, 2019) from the Chief Executive Officer, titled 2019 Special Exhibit.
2. Directed the details of the approval be released at an appropriate time at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo.
