Board Decision
The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:
1. Elected Vanessa Choy as Vice Chair of the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo for a two-year term of office, effective February 15, 2019, and until a successor is appointed.

Summary
In accordance with the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo Procedural By-law Section 9(2), the Board elects a Vice Chair at its first meeting, after the appointment of the Chair. The term of office shall be two years unless the Board otherwise specifies.
All members are eligible for election.

That Vanessa Choy be nominated for the position of Vice Chair of the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo, for a two year term of office, and until a successor is appointed.
