The Toronto and East York Community Council:

1. Prohibited standing at all times on the south side of Gowan Avenue, between Pape Avenue and a point 45 metres east.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws.

Transportation Services is recommending that the existing "No Parking Anytime" on the south side of Gowan Avenue, between Pape Avenue and a point 45 metres east, be replaced with "No Standing Anytime". This is to address concerns regarding illegal parking activity on the north side of a local coffee shop. This proposal will not result in the loss of any parking spaces
