Summary
El Pocho Antojitos Bar at 968 Bathurst St enjoys strong community support and has been responsibly meeting the needs of neighbours. However, after construction was completed for the approved structure, it came to light that the enclosure required an encroachment agreement. Transportation Services is in the process of drafting an agreement.
I am asking that you support my motion to approve the encroachment agreement and not cause further delays.
