The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Appointed the following candidates to the William H. (Bill) Bolton Arena Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on April 24, 2023, and until successors are appointed:

Richard Bornet
Jan Hughes
James Lam
Caralyn Quan
2. Directed the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 24, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the William H. (Bill) Bolton Board.

At its meeting on December 4, 5, and 13, 2018, City Council amended the Public Appointments process by authorizing the City Clerk to shortlist, interview and recommend candidates to Community Councils for appointment to the Bill Bolton Arena Board.
