Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws.

Transportation Services is requesting approval to implement a "No Stopping Anytime" regulation on the south side of Merton Street, fronting the driveway of Nos. 119 and 139 Merton Street.  This change will improve the sightlines between motorists travelling east-west and motorists exiting the driveway and will not result in the loss any parking spaces on Merton Street.
