Summary

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Rogers Road, City Council approval for this item is required.  My office was made aware of a discrepancy between the location of parking signs and related pavement markings on the south side of Rogers Road, just west of Caledonia Road, which has led to vehicles often parking on the bike lane.

The recommendations below would allow City staff to make the required changes in order to eliminate this conflict while maintaining as much parking as possible.  The proposed changes will result in the addition of one legal parking space.
