Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Prohibited parking at all times on the east side of Rusholme Road, between St Anne's Road and Heydon Park Road.
2. Authorized permit parking on the west side of Rusholme Road, between St Anne's Road and Heydon Park Road, to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., daily.
3. Amended the existing parking prohibition on the west side of Rusholme Road, between Dundas Street West and Heydon Park Road, in effect each Thursday, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, to be in effect between Dundas Street West and St Annes Road.
4. Amended the existing parking prohibition on the east side of Rusholme Road, between Dundas Street West and Heydon Park Road, in effect anytime, except each Thursday, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, to be in effect between Dundas Street West and St Anne's Road.
5. Amended the existing alternate side permit parking regulations on Rusholme Road, between Dundas Street West and Heydon Park Road, to be in effect between Dundas Street West and St Anne's Road.

Summary
My office received a petition from Rusholme Road residents requesting that the alternate side parking regulation, which is in effect between April and November, be rescinded, between College Street and Heydon Park Road.
The purpose of this motion is to have this parking regulation rescinded, as requested by residents.
