Origin

Summary

This application proposes 52 rental residential dwelling units with retail uses at grade. A preliminary report came forward in July 2018 (TE34.98) and City Planning was directed to schedule a consultation meeting. I am asking Community Council to support a larger notice area for this meeting than was initially proposed to allow local residents a chance to comment before the final report comes forward later this year.
