Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Approved the amendment of Schedule A of City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to rescind on-street permit parking on the even side of Burnside Drive, between the northern east/west leg of Burnside Drive to a point 66.5 metres south to a point 5.5 metres further south.

This staff report is about a matter which Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is requesting approval from Toronto and East York Community Council to remove overnight on-street permit parking on Burnside Drive, between the northern east/west leg of Burnside Drive to a point 66.5 metres south to a point 5.5 metres further south.
The removal of permit parking will provide consistent parking regulations for Burnside Drive.
