Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council recommends that:
1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the south side of Elm Street, between St. Patrick Street and a point opposite the west limit of Murray Street.
2. Prohibited standing at all times on the south side of Elm Street, between St. Patrick Street and a point 16.5 metres east.
3. Designated an accessible loading zone to operate all times on the south side of Elm Street, between a point 16.5 metres east of St. Patrick Street and a point 11 metres further east.
4. Amended the existing standing prohibition in effect at all times on the south side of Elm Street, between a point opposite the west curb line of Murray Street and University Avenue, to be in effect from a point 27.5 metres east of St. Patrick Street and University Avenue.

Transportation Services is requesting approval to implement an accessible loading zone on the south side of Elm Street, west of Murray Street, fronting the Charles Hastings Co-op Housing. The establishment of an accessible loading zone will provide unimpeded curb side access for Wheel-Trans.
