Community Council Decision

The Toronto and East York Community Council:

 

1. Re-opened Item TE8.66 entitled "Parking Amendment - Pelham Avenue", only with respect to Part 2 of the Toronto and East York Community Council's decision.
 

2. Amended Part 2 of its decision with respect to Item TE8.66 by deleting the reference to "9:00 a.m." and replacing it with "8:00 a.m." so that Part 2 shall now read as follows:
 

"2. Authorized parking for a maximum period of 1 hour from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the north side of Pelham Avenue, between Osler Street and a point 35.1 metres west of Uxbridge Avenue."

The purpose of re-opening this item is to have a one hour parking limit on Pelham Avenue (#s 71-95), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, instead of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., as originally requested through a resident petition.
