1. Confirmed the Order to Comply, dated September 26, 2018, regarding the property located at 32 Duffield Road, and in doing so granted an extension of time to May 31, 2019, subject to the following:
a. The applicable area(s) of the retaining wall shall be immediately, and remain constantly, barricaded, preventing any and all access, until such time as the repair work commences. Also, the applicable area(s) of the retaining wall shall be barricaded, preventing any and all access, during the repair process when work is suspended, whether overnight or other period of time, until the repair work is completed to the satisfaction of Municipal Licensing and Standards.
