1. City Council appoint the following Members to the Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors for a term starting July 1, 2019, and ending December 31, 2020 and until successors are appointed:

That City Council amend Striking Committee Recommendation by deleting the words "on the day all seven Members have been appointed by City Council" and inserting the words "July 1, 2019" so it now reads as follows:
1. City Council appoint the following Members to the Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors for a term starting July 1, 2019, and ending December 31, 2020 and until successors are appointed:
