Scarborough Community Council:

 

1. Prohibited stopping at all times on the north side of Broadmead Avenue, between Neilson Avenue and the east limit of Broadmead Avenue, including the entire cul-de-sac.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

Transportation Services is requesting approval to amend the existing parking regulations on Broadmead Avenue to prohibit stopping at all times on the north side of Broadmead Avenue, between Neilson Avenue and the east limit of Broadmead Avenue, including the entire cul-de-sac.

 

This stopping prohibition is recommended to prevent motorists from parking on both sides of the street, causing safety concerns for residents in the area.
