Scarborough Community Council:
1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., November 1st to April 30th, on the east side of Scunthorpe Road, between Sheppard Avenue East and a point 94 metres south.
2. Prohibited standing at all times on the east side of Scunthorpe Road, between Sheppard Avenue East and a point 94 metres south.
