Community Council Decision

Scarborough Community Council:

 

1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next following year, inclusive, on the east side of Upper Rouge Trail (north-south leg), between a point 15 metres north of Antelope Drive and a point 30 metres further north.

 

2. Prohibited stopping 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next following year inclusive, on the east side of Upper Rouge Trail (north-south leg), between a point 15 metres north of Antelope Drive and a point 30 metres further north.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

This report recommends prohibiting stopping during the weekday morning and afternoon peak periods on the east side of Upper Rouge Trail, opposite Alvin Curling Public School.  Currently, parking is prohibited from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday on the east side of Upper Rouge Trail.
