Scarborough Community Council:

1. Prohibited parking except by permit from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, on a street-name basis, on the south side of the northerly east-west leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle, from Danforth Road to the east side of the easterly north-south leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle, and on the south side of the southerly east-west leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle, from the west side of the westerly north-south leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle to the east side of the easterly north-south leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle.  

2. Prohibited standing at all times on the north side of the northerly east-west leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle, from Danforth Road to the east side of the easterly north-south leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle, on the north side of the southerly east-west leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle, from the west side of the westerly north-south leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle to the east side of the easterly north-south leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle, and on both sides of the westerly and easterly north-south legs of Pringdale Gardens Circle, from the northerly east-west leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle to the southerly east-west leg of Pringdale Gardens Circle.

This staff report is about a matter which Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

Transportation Services is requesting approval from Scarborough Community Council to introduce overnight on-street permit parking on Pringdale Gardens Circle, east of Danforth Road, on a street name basis, under the operating hours of 12:01 a.m. to

7:00 a.m., seven days a week.

Area residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on Pringdale Gardens Circle to accommodate their long term parking needs without being subject to tagging by Parking Enforcement Officers.
