Community Council Decision
Scarborough Community Council:
1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the east side of Rosemount Drive, between Maida Vale and a point 79.3 metres south of Maida Vale, from June 15, 2019 to August 30, 2019.
2. Prohibited stopping at all times on the east side of Rosemount Drive, between Eglinton Avenue East and Bertrand Avenue, from June 15, 2019 to August 30, 2019.
3. Rescinded the existing stopping prohibition in effect from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the south side of Comstock Road, between Sinnott Road and Birchmount Road, from June 15, 2019 to August 30, 2019.
4. Rescinded the existing one-hour maximum parking regulation in effect at all times except 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday on the south side of Comstock Road, between Sinnott Road and Birchmount Road, from June 15, 2019 to August 30, 2019.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City policy or by-laws.
The purpose of this report is to seek Community Council approval for temporary traffic by-law amendments on Rosemount Drive, Comstock Road and Sinnott Road. The traffic by-law amendments are required to accommodate safe traffic movements and the re-routing of TTC bus service during construction work and partial road closures at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue East and Birchmount Road.
The temporary traffic by-law amendments are required from June 15, 2019 to August 30, 2019.
