The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Designated an accessible parking space to be in effect at all times on the west side of Wharfside Lane, between a point 118 metres south of Bridgend Street and a point 9 metres further south.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
This report recommends the adoption of a by-law to designate an accessible parking zone on the west side of Wharfside Lane where parking is currently permitted for a maximum period of three hours.
