The Scarborough Community Council:

1.   Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between Bellefontaine Street and a point 50 metres west.

2.   Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between Buena Vista Avenue and a point 50 metres east.

3.   Rescinded the existing parking for a maximum period of 30 minutes in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between a point 90 metres west of Buena Vista Avenue and Bellefontaine Street.

4.   Rescinded the existing School Bus Loading Zone designation in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between a point 86 metres east of Buena Vista Avenue and a point 62 metres further east.

5.   Rescinded the parking prohibition in effect at all times on the west side of Bellefontaine Street, between Southlawn Drive and a point 100 metres north.

6.   Prohibited stopping at all times on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between a point 86 metres east of Buena Vista Avenue and a point 63.5 metres further east.

7.   Prohibited stopping at all times on the south side of Southlawn Drive, between a point 15 metres west of Belgreen Avenue and a point 15 metres east of Belgreen Avenue.

8.   Rescinded the parking prohibition in effect at all times on the east side of Belgreen Avenue, between Huntingwood Drive and Southlawn Drive.

9.   Prohibited stopping at all times on both sides of Belgreen Avenue, between Southlawn Drive and a point 15 metres south.

10.  Prohibited parking at all times on the east side of Belgreen Avenue, between Huntingwood Drive and a point 15 metres south of Southlawn Drive.

11.  Authorized parking for a maximum period of 30 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next year, inclusive, on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between Buena Vista Avenue and a point 50 metres east.

12.  Authorized parking for a maximum period of 30 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next year, inclusive, on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between Bellefontaine Street and a point 66 metres west.

13.  Designated a School Bus Loading Zone to be in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next year, inclusive, on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between a point 65 metres east of Buena Vista Avenue and a point 21 metres further east.

14.  Prohibited stopping from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next year, inclusive, on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between a point 65 metres east of Buena Vista Avenue and a point 21 metres further east.

15.  Prohibited stopping from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next year, inclusive, on the east side of Bellefontaine Street, between Southlawn Drive and a point 100 metres north.

16.  Prohibited standing from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next year, inclusive, on the north side of Southlawn Drive, between a point 50 metres east of Buena Vista Avenue and a point 15 metres further east.

This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

This report recommends the installation of revised relocations for parking, standing, stopping and school bus loading zone regulations on Southlawn Drive in the vicinity of the Lynnwood Heights Junior Public School. These changes are recommended due to the approval of an unwarranted All-Way Stop Control that was recently installed at the intersection of Southlawn Drive and Belgreen Avenue.
