The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Reduced the speed limit from 50 km/h to 30 km/h on Briar Dale Boulevard, between Fallingbrook Road and Woodland Park Road.

This report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
The purpose of this staff report is to advise on the feasibility of installing a 40 km/h speed limit on Briar Dale Boulevard between Fallingbrook Road and Woodland Park Road. The 40 km/h speed limit is justified based on the Pedestrian Environment portion of the 40 km/h speed limit warrant as per City Council Policy.

Motions
That Scarborough Community Council delete 40 km/h and replace with 30 km/h in Recommendation 1 so that it now reads as follows:
1. Reduce the speed limit from 50 km/h to 30 km/h 40 km/h on Briar Dale Boulevard, between Fallingbrook Road and Woodland Park Road.
