Scarborough Community Council:

1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on both sides of Chancery Lane, between Guildwood Parkway and Toynbee Trail.

2. Prohibited parking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Chancery Lane, between Guildwood Parkway and Cadbury Court.

3. Prohibited standing from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the west side of Chancery Lane, between Guildwood Parkway and Cadbury Court.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

This report recommends prohibiting standing at all times on the west side of Chancery Lane, between Guildwood Parkway and Cadbury Court. Currently, parking is prohibited from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday on both sides of this street.

That Scarborough Community Council adopt the recommendations in the report (October 8, 2019) from the Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, with the following amendment:

1. Delete Recommendation 3:

3. Scarborough Community Council prohibit standing at all times on the west side of Chancery Lane, between Guildwood Parkway and Cadbury Court.

and replace it with the following:

"3. Scarborough Community Council prohibit standing from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the west side of Chancery Lane, between Guildwood Parkway and Cadbury Court."
