City Council Decision
City Council on November 26 and 27, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the north side of Seasons Drive, between a point 105 metres east of Oasis Boulevard and Grosbeak Crescent.
2. City Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the south side of Seasons Drive, between Oasis Boulevard and Grosbeak Crescent.
3. City Council authorize parking for a maximum period of 10 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the north side of Seasons Drive, between a point 105 metres east of Oasis Boulevard and Grosbeak Crescent.
4. City Council prohibit stopping from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the south side of Seasons Drive, between Oasis Boulevard and Grosbeak Crescent.

Community Council Recommendations
Scarborough Community Council recommends that:

Summary
As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates transit service on Seasons Drive, City Council approval of this report is required.
Transportation Services recommends permitting short-term parking on the north side of Seasons Drive and prohibiting stopping on the south side of Seasons Drive during school hours at Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati Catholic School.
The proposed parking and stopping regulations will accommodate a pick-up and drop-off area for students, reduce parking-related congestion in front of the school, and provide a safer environment for all road users in this school zone on Seasons Drive.
