The TO Live Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Receive the report (October 31, 2019) from the City Solicitor for information.
2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 31, 2019) from the City Solicitor remain confidential as it contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege or which are the subject matter of litigation or contemplated litigation.
