Committee Recommendations
The Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Authorize TO Live to explore the opportunity to expand its services across the sector, as more particularly detailed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 6, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 6, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about a plan to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of TO Live.
Decision Advice and Other Information
The Audit Committee recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to a plan to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of TO Live.
