The Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approve the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 822 for Meridian Hall.
2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (September 23, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations or employee negotiations.
