Committee Recommendations
The Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approve the negotiated terms of the collective agreement with Unifor 2003E, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 24, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 24, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations or employee negotiations.

The Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations.
