Committee Recommendations
The Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that:
1. The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto approve the terms of the collective agreement with SEIU Local 2, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 11, 2018) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, Civic Theatres Toronto.
2. The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (December 11, 2018) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, Civic Theatres Toronto remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations or employee negotiations.

The Committee recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations.
