Committee Recommendations
The Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that:
1. The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto approve the collective agreement with IATSE Local 822 for the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1.
2. The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 5, 2018) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, Civic Theatres Toronto remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations or employee negotiations.

The Committee recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations.
